Yükseköğretim Kurulu 2018 vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarının mevcut durumlarını akademik, mali ve idari açılarından değerlendiren bir rapor yayımlamıştır. Bu çalışmada Yükseköğretim Kurulu 2018 raporunda sunulan veriler kullanılarak vakıf üniversitelerinin URAP Türkiye University Ranking by Academic Performance akademik performansları ile raporda sunulan parametreler arasındaki ilişkiler üzerinde durulmaktadır. Bu çalışma ile vakıf üniversitelerinin URAP akademik performans toplam puanları ile üniversitelerin öğrenci sayıları, öğrenci başına düşen alan dağılımı m2 , kütüphane alanı m2 , basılı kitap sayısı, cari gider miktarı, tam bursluluk oranı ile TübitakArdeb proje sayısı ve bütçeleri arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmektedir. Çalışmaya konu olan vakıf yükseköğretim kurum sayısı 76’dır. Çalışmada verilerin analizinde korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak çalışmada, vakıf üniversitelerinin akademik üretkenliklerini ortaya koyan URAP toplam puanları ile diğer parametreler arasındaki ilişkilere ait bulgular tartışılmaktadır. Ayrıca çalışmada vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarının akademik performanslarının ölçme ve değerlendirmelerine yönelik yeni yöntem ve yaklaşımlar önerilmektedir
The Board of Higher Education 2018 has published a report evaluating the current status of the Foundation Higher Education institutions from an academic, financial and administrative point of view. This study uses the data presented in the Higher Education Council 2018 report and focuses on the relationships between the academic performance of the founding universities of URAP Turkey University Ranking by Academic Performance and the parameters presented in the report. With this study, the universities of the foundation URAP academic performance score and the number of students of the universities per student; the area distribution m2 , the library area m2 , the number of books printed, the amount of charity expenditure, the full scholarship ratio and the relationship between the number of projects and the budgets are studied. The number of high school institutions that are subject to work is 76. Correlation analysis was used in the analysis of data. As a result, the study discusses the findings of the relationships between the total URAP scores that reveal the academic productivity of the foundation universities and other parameters. The study also suggests new methods and approaches for the measurement and evaluation of the academic performance of the Foundation Higher Education institutions.

The number of foundation higher education institutions, which is the focus of this study is 76. The correlation analysis method was used for analyzing the data. In conclusion, the findings of the relationship between URAP total scores and other parameters that reveal the academic performance of foundation universities are discussed in this study. In addition, new methods and approaches are recommended regarding the assessment and evaluation of the academic performance of foundation higher education institutions
