Abstract:

Adana Ovalari, which forms the research field, is located in the Mediterranean region, in the Adana department. In addition to being a delta oval, it has the Mediterranean climate and agricultural production is of importance due to its land characteristics. In the field where the product is taken at least twice a year, agriculture has been an important resource of life from the past to the present day. The diversity of agricultural products is too high. Therefore, agricultural production in the field has a great importance. In recent years, there have been significant changes in agricultural production. These changes occur in the form of the loss of importance of some agricultural products, while for some products the demand has increased and the production has increased. Cotton from industrial agricultural products that make up the subject of research, is increasingly losing its importance in the field, while some products have gained importance. These are thirst, soya, potatoes and potatoes. In recent years, the demand for these products has increased as well as the increase in population as well as the change in living conditions and eating habits.
