Bu çalışma, Türk ve Alman tarafının Birinci Dünya Savaşı’nda İran’da gerçekleştirdiği iş birliğinin boyutunu analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın ana odak noktasını tarafların savaşa yönelik beklentilerinin İran’da yürütülen müşterek harekâtı ne şekilde etkilediği oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışma iki önemli soruya cevap aramaktadır. İran’a yönelik müşterek harekâtın kontrolünü hangi tarafın daha fazla üstlendiği meselesi çalışmanın cevap aradığı ilk soruyu teşkil etmektedir. İran’da yürütülen müşterek harekâtın son bulmasında hangi tarafın aksiyonlarının kilit rol oynadığı konusu ise çalışmanın cevap aradığı bir diğer soruyu oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma bu iki soruya cevaplar ararken taraflar adına müşterek harekâtın yürütülmesinde ön plana çıkan bazı isimlerin görüşlerinden istifade etmiştir. Bu isimlerin görüşlerini analiz ederek ve bu görüşleri birtakım arşiv malzemesi ile destekleyerek müşterek harekâtın ortaya çıkışında ve uygulanışında ne gibi aksaklıkların meydana geldiğini açığa kavuşturmaya çalışmıştır. Ayrıca çalışma sonuç kısmında müşterek harekâtın etkinliği üzerine genel bir değerlendirme ile meseleyi nihayete kavuşturmayı arzu etmiştir.
This study aims to analyze the extent of the cooperation between the Turkish and German sides in Iran during the First World War. The main focus of the study is how the expectations of the parties to the war influenced the client movement carried out in Iran. In this context, the study seeks answers to two important questions. The question of which party is more responsible for controlling the client movement towards Iran is the first question the study is looking for answers. The question of which party’s actions play a key role in finding the end of the customer movement in Iran is another question the study is looking for answers. The study searched for answers to these two questions, while the parties used the opinions of some of the names that came in front of the action in the name of the client. By analyzing the opinions of these names and supporting these opinions with a number of archive materials, he tried to reveal what kind of errors occurred in the appearance and implementation of the client movement. In addition, in the work result part, the client wanted to end the issue with a general assessment of the effectiveness of the movement.
This study aims to analyze the extent of cooperation between the Turk and German sides in Iran during the First World War. First, which side has taken more control of the joint action against Iran. Second, which side's actions led to the end of the joint operation in Iran. While seeking answers to these two questions, the study benefited from the views of some of the prominent names in the conduct of joint operation on behalf of the parties. The study analyzed the views of these names and supporting these views with the release of archives material, tried to find out what kind of problems have occurred in the emergence and implementation of the joint operation. Moreover, a general assessment of the effectiveness of the joint action in the conclusion part of the study has sought to bring the issue to an end.
