Abstract:

This study was conducted in the years 2017-2018, with the aim of determining the spread, biology and natural enemies of these species with leaf harmful species in the ocaliptus located throughout the province of Antalya. For this purpose, the plantation fields installed with ocalyptus and the areas where the species is used for landscape purposes have been conducted. During land studies, the harmful insect species found in the leaves of trees, the damage status, the area information was recorded and the samples were collected and cultivated in the laboratory. By biological observations of species, the output of harmful species and natural enemies was tracked. The study identified five leaves harmful and six parasitic species. The harmful species are Leptocybe invasa (Fisher & La Salle, 2004), Ophelimus masked (Ashmead, 1900) (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae), Glycaspis brimblecombei (Moore, 1964), Platyobria biemani (Taylor, 1987) (Hemiptera: Psyllidae) and Aphis gossypii Glover, 1877 (Hemiptera: Aphididae). Platyobria biemani Turkey is a new record for Okaliptus, while Glycaspis brimblecombei is a new record for Antalya. Parasitic species in Leptocybe invasa galls Selitrichodes kryceri Kim & La Salle, 2008 (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae: Tetrastichinae), Quadrastichus mantle Kim & La Salle, 2008 (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae: Tetrastichinae) and Megastigmus sp. (Hymenoptera is Torymidae) Ophelimus maskelli's larva and pupa parasitoite Closterocerus chamaeleon (Girault, 1922) (Hymenoptera: Eulophidae) and larva parasitoite Stethynium ophelimi Huber, 2006 (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae) were obtained. As the parasite of Glycaspis brimblecombei, Psyllaephagus bliteus Riek was detected in 1962 (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae). Selitrichodes kryceri, Quadrastichus mantle and Stethynium ophelimi are a new record for the Turkish fauna.
