Genellikle medreselerde ve sıbyan mekteplerinde, okula yeni başlayan öğrenciler için hazırlanan manzum sözlükler, sözlük bilimi, eğitim bilimleri, çocuk edebiyatı alanları için önemli metinlerdir. Son zamanlarda manzum sözlük türüyle ilgili yapılan çalışmalar, bu türdeki eserlerin bir hayli fazla olduğunu ve edebî zenginlik açısından ne kadar önemli eserler olduklarını göstermektedir. Manzum sözlüklerin Türkçe-Arapça, Türkçe-Farsça şeklinde iki dilli örnekleri olabildiği gibi Türkçe-Arapça-Farsça şeklinde üç dilli örnekleri de görülmektedir. Tuhfe-i Hâcibî, elimizdeki bilgilere göre Muhlis Halil Bey tarafından yazılmış ve H.1223 / M.1808 yılında müstensih İshak b. Halil b. Osman tarafından da istinsah edilmiş Arapça-Türkçe manzum bir sözlüktür. Mesnevî nazım şekliyle yazılan eser, 135 beyitten oluşmaktadır. Manzum sözlükler, genelde Sıbyan mekteplerinde okutulmak üzere Kur’an-ı Kerim’i okumak ve anlayabilmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Tuhfe-i Hâcibî’nin sözlük kısmında bu amacın dışında, dinî kelimelerden çok gündelik hayata ait kelime ve kelime gruplarına yer verilmiştir. Genellikle hayvan, bitki, renk, kavram gibi isim türünde kelimelere yer verildiği gibi sıfat, fiil, fiil mastarı türünden çok sayıda kelimeye de yer verildiği görülmektedir. 516 Arapça kelimenin Türkçe karşılığının verildiği bu eser, diğer manzum sözlükler gibi devrin dil ve eğitim anlayışı hakkında fikir edinme açısından önem taşımaktadır. Bu makalede, manzum sözlükler ve Hâcibî hakkında kısa bilgiler verilecek ve eserin çeviri yazı metni edebiyatımıza kazandırılarak araştırmacıların istifadesine sunulacaktır.
Often in the medreses and in the scribes, the manuscript dictionaries prepared for newly beginners in school are important texts for the fields of dictionary science, educational sciences, children's literature. Recent studies on the type of manzum dictionary show that such works are too many and how important they are in terms of literary wealth. Manzum dictionaries can be two-language examples in the form of Turkish-Arabic, Turkish-Persian, and three-language examples in the form of Turkish-Arabic-Persian. Tuhfe-i Hâcibî is an Arabic-Turkish dictionary written by Muhlis Halil Mr. according to the information we have in possession and in H.1223 / M.1808 by the Muslim Isaac B. Halil B. Osman. The book is written in the form of 135. The Manzum dictionaries are usually prepared for the purpose of reading and understanding the Qur’an in the Sibian letters. In the dictionary part of Tuhfe-i Hâcibî, except for this purpose, religious words are placed in the words and words groups of daily life. It is often seen that a number of words in the name type such as animals, plants, colors, concepts are included, as well as a number of words in the name type such as character, real, real masters are included. 516 This work, in which the Arabic word is given the Turkish reward, is important in terms of understanding the language and education of the revolution, like other manzum dictionaries. In this article, we will provide brief information about the manuscript dictionaries and the Hâcibî and the translation of the work will be presented to the researchers by giving the text to our literature.
The verse dictionaries, which are usually prepared in the madrasahs and Sıbyan schools, are important texts for the fields of lexicology, children's literature and educational sciences. Recent studies on the verse dictionary type show that there are many works of this type and how important they are in terms of literary wealth. The verse dictionaries can be bilingual in the form of Turkish-Arabic and Turkish-Persian, as well as three-language examples of Turkish-Arabic-Persian. According to the information we have, Tuhfe-i Hâcibî was written by Muhlis Halil Bey in H.1223 / M.1808 and is an Arabic-Turkish verse dictionary which was also copied by İshak b. Halil b. Osman. The work, written in mesnevi verse, consists of 135 couplets. The verse dictionaries have been prepared to read and understand the Holy Quran to be taught in the Sıbyan schools. In addition to this purpose, in the dictionary section of Tuhfe-i Hâcibî, words and phrases belonging to daily life rather than religious words are included. Generally, it is seen that words such as animal, plant, color, concept are given place as well as many words such as adjective, verb, verb infinitive. This work in which 516 Arabic words are given in Turkish, like other verse dictionaries, is important in terms of understanding the language and education understanding of the period. In this article, short information about verse dictionaries and Hâcibî will be given and the translated text of the work will be added to our literature and presented for the benefit of researchers.
