Çalışmamızda bireysel başvuru yolunun Anayasa Mahkemesi tarafından incelenme usulü ele alınacaktır. Bu kapsamda öninceleme, kabul edilebilirlik ve esas bakımından inceleme aşamaları Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin kararları ışığında ayrı ayrı incelecektir. Bu çalışma, Doç. Dr. Ayhan DÖNER’in danışmanlığında Erzincan Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü’nde savunulmuş olan Türk Hukukunda Bireysel Başvuru ve Anayasa Mahkemesi Uygulaması adlı tez çalışmasındaki ilgili bölümün özeti olarak hazırlanmış ve güncel değişiklikler işlenmiştir.

Abstract:

In our work, the procedure for examination of the individual application path will be discussed by the Constitutional Court. In this context, the pre-examination, acceptability and the criteria of examination shall be examined separately in the light of the decisions of the Constitutional Court. This work is dock. Dr. Ayhan DÖNER’s consultation was made as a summary of the relevant section of the thesis in the Turkish law, the individual application and the application of the Constitutional Court, which was defended at the Erzincan University Institute of Social Sciences, and the current changes were processed.
