Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to study the impact of the interaction of visual and hearing arts education on the creative thinking levels of teachers candidates. The research was carried out by the karma method. Nicel-sontest control group has been used by an unselective experimental design, and the quality-sontest model has been used by the quality-sontest model. The work group consists of the Faculty of Education of Picture-Business Education and Music Education teachers candidates. The Torrance Creative Thought Test is applied as Form A, Form B, and Form A. In the experimental process, the Picture-Business Training experiment group was given music training, the Music Training experiment group was given visual art training. After the application, semi-configured interviews were held with the experiment group students. The Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the difference in pre-test-sontest access between the trial and control groups. The quality data of the research was studied through the content analysis method. Important developments have been observed in the creative thinking levels of the image-work training and music training experimental groups according to the control groups. Also, teachers candidates have presented positive opinions about receiving education in a different field of art.
