Fonksiyonel Konstipasyonu Olan Yetişkin Bireylerin Posa, Sıvı ve Vitamin Mineral Alımlarının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract:

Amaç: Fonksiyonel konstipasyonu olan yetişkin bireylerin diyet ile günlük posa, sıvı, vitamin ve mineral alımlarının değerlendirilmesidir. Bireyler ve Yöntem: Çalışma Bayındır Hastanesi Gastroenteroloji polikliniğine başvuran, doktor tarafından fonksiyonel konstipasyon tanısı konmuş 19-64 yaş arasındaki 59’u kadın 26’sı erkek olmak üzere toplam 85 birey ile yapılmıştır. Yüzyüze görüşme yöntemi ile hastaların demografik özellikleri (yaş, eğitim düzeyi, meslek vb.) anket formuna kaydedilmiş, antropometrik ölçümleri (boy uzunluğu, vücut ağırlığı, bel ve kalça çevresi ölçümleri) yapılmış, hastalardan üç günlük besin tüketim kaydı alınmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmaya katılan bireylerin günlük posa alım miktarı ortalama 17.9±8.91 g’dır. Hastaların %71.8’inin günlük posa alımı yetersiz iken, %24.7’sinin posa alımı yeterlidir. Hastaların günlük su alım miktarları ortalama 1312.9±791.74 mL’dir. Kadın hastaların günlük su alım ortalamaları (1413.6±842.5 mL) erkek hastaların ortalamalarından (1084.6±617.5 mL) fazladır (p<0.05). Hastaların vitamin ve mineral alımları Diyetle Referans Alım Düzeyi (DRI) önerilerine göre değerlendirildiğinde, özellikle folat, tiamin, niasin, B6 ve C vitaminleri ile potasyum, magnezyum, demir ve kalsiyum minerallerini yetersiz düzeyde aldıkları saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Konstipasyonu olan bireylerin günlük diyet ile diyet posası, su, vitamin ve mineral alımları düşüktür. Konstipasyonun önlenmesinde yeterli ve dengeli beslenme ile birlikte yaşam tarzı değişikliği ön plana çıkmaktadır.

Abstract:

The purpose is to evaluate the daily intake of poses, fluids, vitamins and minerals with the diet of adults with functional constipation. Individuals and Method: The study was done with a total of 85 individuals, including women and women, from 19 to 64 years of age, diagnosed with functional constipation, which was applied to the hospital’s gastroenterology clinic. The demographic characteristics of patients with the method of face-to-face conversation (age, level of education, profession, etc.) In the survey form recorded, anthropometric measurements (boy length, body weight, back and back environment measurements) were made, three-day nutritional consumption from patients was recorded. Results: The daily pound intake of individuals participating in the study is an average of 17.9±8.91 g. 71.8 per cent of patients don’t have a daily dose, while 24 per cent don’t. The seventh is enough. The patient’s daily water intake is an average of 1312.9±791.74 ml. The average daily water intake in female patients (1413.6±842.5 mL) is higher than the average in male patients (1084.6±617.5 mL) (p<0.05). When patients’ vitamins and minerals were assessed according to the Diet Reference Rate (DRI) recommendations, it was found that they had insufficient levels of potassium, magnesium, iron and calcium minerals, especially folate, tiamin, niacin, B6 and C vitamins. The result: the daily diet of individuals with constipation is low in diet, water, vitamins and minerals. In the prevention of constipation, with adequate and balanced nutrition, lifestyle changes come to the forefront.
