Abstract:

Tekstil Endüstrisinin gün geçtikçe artan tüketici sayısı ile çevreye verdiği zararda artmaktadır, bu zararın en büyük sebeplerinden biri ise kullanılan sentetik boyalardır. Bu boyalara alternatif olarak doğal pigmentlerin kullanımı hem insan sağlığı hemde çevre açısından önemli olacaktır. Bu çalışmada, sentetik boyalara alternatif olarak çeşitli renk ve manyetik özelliklere sahip demir oksit esaslı pigmentler incelenmiştir. Stabilitelerini artırmak için, yerinde sentez esnasında ortama % 3 kil (sepiolit ve halloysit) katılarak kompozit yapılar hazırlanmıştır. Bu yapılarda dijital baskılarada uygun olması için manyetik duyarlılık aranmıştır. Halloysit katkılı numunelerin manyetik özelliklerinin azaldığı gözlemlenmiştir ancak böyle bir bulgu Sepiyolit numunelerinde rastlanmamıştır. Pigmentlerden elde edilen renkler RGB renk değişkenliği testlerine tabi tutulmuş ve değerleri onaltılık biçime işlenerek dönüştürülmüştür. Bu, boyama parametrelerini optimize etmek için kullanılmıştır.

Return to the textile sector as a sustainable manic pigment of the mines

Abstract:

The textile industry is increasing the damage to the environment with the increasing number of consumers, and one of the biggest causes of this damage is the used synthetic paint. As an alternative to these colors, the use of natural pigments will be important for both human health and environment. In this study, pigments based on iron oxide with various color and magnetic properties as an alternative to synthetic paint were studied. To increase their stability, the composite structures are prepared by participating in the environment of 3 % kg (sepiolite and halloysite) during synthesis in the site. The magnetic sensitivity is required to be suitable for digital printing in these structures. The magnetic characteristics of the samples contributed to Halloysitis have been observed to be reduced, but such findings have not been found in the Sepiyolit samples. The colors obtained from the pigments are subject to the RGB color change tests and the values are transformed into the form of onity. This is used to optimize the coloring parameters.
