Endüstride çalışan bireylerin her bakımından iyilik halleri sadece çalışanın bireysel yönden kazanımını değil, şirketlerin de etkinliğini ve verimliliğini arttırıcı bir etkiye sahiptir. Bu bağlamda, çalışmayı sadece çalışanın sarf ettiği çaba değil, aynı zamanda iş, aile ve sosyal çevresiyle olan etkileşiminin de işgücü performansına etkisi olacağı varsayımına dayanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, endüstriyel çalışma yaşamı içerisindeki çalışanların, iş yaşam kalite algıları üzerinden yaşanılan problemleri ortaya koyarak, endüstriyel sosyal hizmet alanının, buralardaki gerekliliğini ifade etmektir. Genel olarak yapılan analizler sonucunda, çalışan cinsiyetinin iş yaşam kalitesi alt boyutları üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı; eğitimin ve mesleki yeterliliklerin sadece “genel iyilik hali” boyutu üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. İşyerinde pozisyonun iş yaşam kalitesi alt boyutlarından “kararlara katılım ve genel iyilik hali” boyutları üzerinde ve sosyal yaşama zaman ayırma bağımsız değişkenin de iş yaşam kalitesi alt boyutlarından “kararlara katılım, tatmin mutluk ve genel iyilik hali” boyutları üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir.
The well-being of the individuals working in the industry has an effect not only on the individual gain of the employee, but also on the efficiency and productivity of the companies. In this context, it is based on the assumption that not only the effort of the employee but also the interaction with the work, family and social environment will have an effect on the workforce performance. The aim of this study is to bring forward the idea that there may be approaches and behaviors that social workers can take towards their employment in the industry. As a result of the analysis, while the gender of the employee did not have a significant effect on the sub-dimensions of work life; it has a significant effect only on the "general well-being" dimension of education and professional competences. Position in the workplace has a significant effect on the dimensions of "participation in decisions and general well-being", which are sub-dimensions of work life, and on the dimensions of "participation in decisions, satisfaction, happiness and general well-being", which are sub-dimensions of work life quality of the independent variable of allocating time to social life.
