Abstract:

The aim of this study is revealing the foreign policy and tourism relations, Turkey’s Eurasian, some South and Central Asia and the Far East Countries that have done is to assess the tourism cooperation agreement. In the study, foreign policy and taking into account the tourism association is tourism agreements between Turkey and the Turkish Republics in Asia and other Asian countries were discussed. The area of study are Asian countries that signed the tourism agreement of Turkey. This study was a theoric research which was obtained by document analysis technique. Called traditional foreign policy tools of diplomacy and propaganda, economic instruments (blockades, embargoes, boycotts), military vehicles (armament and battle-hard power) as well as universal human values and the bilateral and multilateral agreements made in the international arena in (soft power) foreign policy It has an important role in the tools. Tourism also brings together people from communities all over the world, their cultures, traditions as a peace envoy and an important foreign policy tool that allows them to learn the mutual tolerances. Countries around the world creating international, national and local images can influence public opinion, to abandon social prejudices, promote cultural values and tourism has brought a new international consensus and missions. At the end of the study Turkey has increased its influence also in the world’s other countries concluded that use the traditional insttruments of foreign policy, in addition to the power of tourism has been reached.
