The Corona pandemic has become a global epidemic that has spread in various countries of the world and has greatly affected its economies, especially in the implementation of the lease contract for rented places and things. Adaptations, solutions and legal recommendations that reduce the financial burden on the tenant and ensure the right of the landlord to obtain the rent, based on the Iraqi and Turkish legislation.
