Abstract:

There are a number of obligations that employers need to fulfill to ensure health and safety at work. In addition to the employers, the employees have important obligations to comply with this. According to Law No. 6331 on Occupational Health and Safety, employees are obliged to do not endanger their health and safety according to their training and the health and safety of other employees affected by their work. Article 19 of the Law No. 6331 provides for the obligations of employees. In addition to this provision, Article 28 of the Law also provides for the use of addictive substances by employees. In the framework of the study, the first attempt was to explain the concept of "working" within the framework of Law No. 6331. The obligations of the employees arising from the law were then examined. Finally, it has been discussed in terms of what sanctions the employees who act against their obligations will face.
