So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

The Constitution of Turkey regulates that, prosecution of public servants and other public employees for alleged offences shall be subject, except in cases prescribed by law, to the permission of the administrative authority designated by law. It should be noted that this exceptional inquiry procedure prescribed for public servants and other public employees has long been discussed. This study aims to discuss the general principles on the procedure of permission and to define to legal nature of permission and its judicial review from the point of the legal opinion of the doctrine and decisions of Conseil d’Etad
