HESAPLAMALI AKIŞKAN DİNAMİĞİ İLE EKSENEL BİR ÇOCUK KALP DESTEK POMPASI PERFORMANSININ İNCELENMESİ

Bu çalışmada, pompa tasarım programları kullanılarak eksenel akışlı bir çocuk kalp destek pompası tasarlandı. Bu pompanın performansı, hesaplamalı akışkan dinamiği (HAD) yazılımıyla kT-kL-w türbülans modeli kullanılarak belirlendi. Katı modeli oluşturulan pompanın gövdesi alüminyum bloktan CNC işleme tezgâhında imal edildi. Bu kalp destek pompasının çarkı, doğrultucusu ve difüzörünün 3D yazıcıyla imalatı yapıldı. Bu prototip pompanın, HAD simülasyonuyla belirlenen performans sonuçlarının deneysel doğrulaması, su ile yapıldı. Pompanın 9000-12000 dev/dak dönme sayısı aralığında, debisi 0.5-5 L/dak ve basınç farkı 35-95 mmHg arasında değişti. Kan benzeri akışkan için 2 L/dak tasarım debisi ve 80 mm-Hg’lik tasarım basıncı 11750 dev/dak dönme sayısında elde edildi. Çalışmanın sonunda, tasarım noktasında pompadaki cidar kayma gerilmeleri ve akış çizgileri incelendi.

Examination of the performance of a child’s heart support pump

Abstract:

In this study, the pump design programs were designed to use an axis-flowing child heart support pump. The performance of this pump was determined using the kT-kL-w turbulence model with the calculated fluid dynamics (HAD) software. The body of the solid model created pump was manufactured in the CNC processing plant from the aluminum block. This heart support pump was manufactured with the wheel, verifier and 3D printer of the diffuser. The experimental verification of the performance results of this prototype pump, determined by HAD simulation, was done with water. In the range of the 9000-12000 giant rounds/minute of the pump, the dust varied between 0.5-5 L/minute and the pressure difference between 35-95 mmHg. For blood-like fluid, the 2 L/min design dive and 80 mm-Hg design pressure were obtained at 11750 gig/min turn numbers. At the end of the study, the design point examined the cider sliding stretches and flow lines in the pump.
