In this study, the 2007 Earthquake Areas Buildings Regulation (DBYBHY) and the Turkey Building Earthquake Regulations (TBDY) which entered into force on March 18, 2018 were drawn up for the district of Kırklareli. In the first part of the study, the development of earthquake regulations in Turkey was studied in the context of ground classes and dynamic analysis. In the study, using the Turkey Building Earthquake Regulation, which entered into force in 2018, the horizontal elastic design spectrum has been obtained for two different floor classes located in the center of Kırklareli. These spectrums are compared to the Elastic Design Spectrums contained in the 2007 regulations. In addition, the study has been presented by aggregating past earthquakes occurring at the borders of Bulgaria, Greece and our country that could have potential effects for the Crusaders. In the last part of the study, the earthquake analysis of a four-storey building for the Crusaders Valley was done with the help of the ETABS program by selecting different floor classes. The results were compared separately according to the 2007 and 2018 earthquake regulations.
