Urinary system stone patients 123 (38 women, 85 men) and healthy 30 people (15 women, 15 men), the daily intake of energy, protein, carbohydrates, fat, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, vitamin C, oxalate, purium and liquid quantities have been determined and also the quantities of these nutrients should be taken according to gender size, weight, physical activity, and these values, compared to the lines, have been studied the effect of nutrition, stone formation. In the patient group, all nutrients except magnesium and posas were found to be overconsumed to be statistically meaningful (p < 0.001). The Healthy Control Group has determined that they consume energy, carbohydrates, sodium and magnesium in the appropriate amounts of their needs. Although other nutrients were taken high to be statistically meaningful, the quantity of these intakes was found to be less than the patient group. Both of them, both of them, are under the requirement. The rise of the rise of the rise of the rise of the rise of the rise of the rise of the rise of the rise of the rise of the rise of the rise. The patient group receives more oxalate than the control group. As a result, we can say that kidney stone patients are more risky than their control group in a way that will cause the formation of stones.
