Abstract In this study, organizational commitment and its results, both at the organizational level and on the employees, have been tried to be discussed at the conceptual level. In this context, organizational commitment results at the conceptual level; performance level, employee turnover rate-intention to leave, employee absenteeism and job satisfaction. The aim of the study is to base the direction and degree of relations between organizations and employees within the scope of organizational commitment according to the results of organizational commitment, and to examine them in a conceptual framework. Accordingly, the results of the research conducted on the concept of organizational commitment, which is a multidimensional approach; supports that there is a positive relationship between organizational commitment at the organizational level and outcomes such as high performance, workforce turnover and low absenteeism. Within the framework of these conceptual approaches, it is possible to state that organizational commitment has a multidimensional feature and that the relations between the employee and the organization should be supported in the form of common purpose, harmony and identification. In this context, it is possible to say that the results of organizational commitment best represent the organizational and employee relations at the important organizational level.
