Fatal injuries caused by stab occur usually in large arteries of chest and abdomen or extremities as well as in the internal organs in the body. The wounds in the skull wherefore stabbing are often in the characteristics of cutting rather than perforating. Cases in which the bones of the skull and the brain are penetrated by stab are rare while stab penetrating brain injury cases through orbital space are more often presented in the literature. The case is a 58-year-old male with 23 of 29 fatal stab wounds on his body. 3 of these wounds were fatal penetrating skull bones injuries and 2 of them constituted an incision in the brain.The instrument in penetrating nature needs to be fulfilled with a high kinetic energy in order to penetrate to t he brain and the skull. In the literature, such injuries are reported to be rare (1, 2). Our case is found worthy to be presented so
