Muhyiddîn İbnü’l-Arabî’nin Fusûsu’l-hikem’inin ilk tam şerhini yazan Müeyyed Cendî’nin hayatı ve eserleri, umûmiyetle biyografisine dâir bilgiler verdiği Nefhatü’r-Rûh ve Tuhfetü’l-Fütûh adlı eserinden yola çıkılarak hazırlandığından eksiklik ve yer yer yanlışlıklar içermektedir. Müellifin metafizik konulardaki görüşlerine ise, Abdullah Bosnevî’nin kendisine sorulan bir soru üzerine kaleme aldığı Şerhu li ba‘zi kelâmi’ş-Şeyh Müeyyed el-Cendî fî Şerhi Fusûsi’l-hikem adlı küçük risâle dışında, müstakil olarak hiç değinilmemiştir. Oysa Cendî’nin, ilk Fusûsu’l-hikem şârihi olması ve bu şerhi Konevî’nin işaret ve yardımıyla yazmış olması, onu İbnü’l-Arabî’nin görüşlerinin ilk elden nasıl anlaşıldığının tespitinde, sonraki dönem şârihlerinin kendisinden bîgâne kalamayacağı önemli bir isim haline getirmiş ve hemen hemen tüm şârihler bazen açıkça bazense isim vermeden müellifin eserlerinden nakillerde bulunmuşlardır.
In the first verse of the Qur’an, the Holy Qur’an says: “Whoever does not believe in the Holy Qur’an, and whoever does not believe in the Holy Qur’an, and whoever does not believe in the Holy Qur’an, and whoever does not believe in the Holy Qur’an, and whoever does not believe in the Holy Qur’an, and whoever does not believe in the Holy Qur’an, and whoever does not believe in the Holy Qur’an, and whoever does not believe in the Holy Qur’an, and whoever does not believe in the Holy Qur’an.
