Araştırma; Samsun ekolojik koşullarında bazı ketencik genotiplerinin, bazı tarımsal özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesinde 2014-2015 ve 2015-2016kışlık olarak yürütülmüştür. Deneme; tesadüf blokları deneme deseninde, 4 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonucu bitki boyu, bitkide dal sayısı, bitkide kapsül sayısı, kapsülde tohum sayısı, 1000 tane ağırlığı ve dekara tane verimine ilişkin değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Yapılan istatistiki değerlendirme sonucu bitki boyu hariç, incelenen bütün karakterlerde, genotip ve genotip x yıl interaksiyonunun istatistiki anlamda önemli olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İki yılın ortalaması olarak bitki boyunun 63.33-75.36 cm, bitkidekidal sayısının 2.64-4.24 adet, bitkidekikapsül sayısının 46.80-108.59 adet, kapsüldeki tohum sayısının 7.46-9.78 adet, 1000 tane ağırlığının 0.98-1.36 gr ve dekara tane veriminin 80.81-140.73 kg olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak incelenen genotipler arasında; Ames 26680 (tane verimi ve 1000 tohum ağırlığı bakımından), PI 304269 (bitki başına dal sayısı ve bitki başına kapsul sayısı bakımından), Vniimk 17 (kapsul başına tohum sayısı) ve Ames 26665 (bitki boyu bakımından) genotipinin, diğer genotiplerden daha avantajlı olduğuna karar verilmiştir.
The research was carried out in the 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 winters at the University of Ondonuz May, Ziraat Faculty, with the aim of determining some ketenic genotypes in the ecological conditions of Samsun. The test; in the test pattern of random blocks, 4 wheels were carried out. The research resulted in an assessment of the length of the plant, the number of branches in the plant, the number of capsules in the plant, the number of seeds in the capsule, the weight of 1000 pieces and the yield of one piece. The result of the statistical evaluation, except the plant length, found that in all the characters studied, the interaction of genotype and genotype x year was statistically important. The average of two years is 63.33-75.36 cm of plant length, 2.64-4.24 pieces of plant number, 46.80-108 pieces of plant number. The number of seeds in the capsule of 59 is 7.46-9.78 pieces, the weight of 1000 pieces is 0.98-1.36 grams and the production of one piece is 80.81-140.73 kg. Ames 26680 (from plant productivity and 1000 seed weight), PI 304269 (from branch number and capsule number per plant), Vniimk 17 (from seed number per capsule) and Ames 26665 (from plant length) were found to be more favorable than other genotypes.
