Ayrıca Gazâlî(öl. 1111), devlet başkanlarına hitaben yazmış olduğu “Naishat’ül Mülük” ve “Yönetimin Sırları” adlı eserlerinde, Kisra Nûşirevan’a atfedilen onlarca hikâye aktarır. İslam Tarihçilerinden Ebu Hanife Dineverî (MS.820-896), Taberî (MS.839-923) ve Mesudî’nin (M.S 893-957) de eserlerinden söz ettiği Nûşirevan’ın yönetim ve adalet anlayışı, özellikle İslam dünyasında, başta Halife Ömer olmak üzere, pek çok devlet adamı tarafından ilham kaynağı olarak kabul edilmiş ve örnek alınmıştır. Bu makalede, tarihi kaynaklar ışığında, Kisra Nûşirevan’ın yönetim ve adalet anlayışı ele alınarak incelenecektir.

The Sassanian king Kisra Nûşirevan sat at the throne of Sassanid Empire at 531 AD and ruled approximately for 48 years. His administration and justice intellection was praised by İran’s well know poet Ferdowsi and many historians. According to Taberi, prophet Mohamed in one of his hadith has said, “I was born during the reign of a fair king called Nûşirevan.” Imam Gazali (?-1111) in two of his studies, first one is entitled as “Counsel to the Rulers” and second one is known as “Capping’s of Administration” transfers tens of stories that affiliated with Kisra Nûşirevan. The Middle Age Islamic historians Dineverî (MS.820-896), Taberî (MS.839-923) and Mesudî (M.S 893-957), in their books transfers a lot of information regarding Nûşirevan’s administration and justice understanding. In Islamic world, Nûşirevan’s administration and justice understanding has been source of inspiration for third Caliph, his holiness Omer and many other rulers. In this article, in the light of historical documents, we will try to examine Kisra Nûşirevan’s administration and justice understanding.
