Özet:

The purpose of this study is to determine the corporate social responsibility perceptions of healthcare sector hospital employees in terms of sub-dimensions. For this purpose, healthcare employees of a public sector hospital and a private sector hospital in Ankara were included in the scope. In addition, another aim of the study is to reveal whether the corporate social responsibility perceptions of healthcare sector hospital employees show significant differences in terms of gender, marital status, institution type, education level, occupation, length of service, and salary. As a result of the study, the corporate social responsibility perceptions of employees in the public and private sectors were found to be at a moderate level, and in terms of sub-dimensions, the perception of economic responsibility and voluntary responsibility was moderate, while the perception of legal responsibility and ethical responsibility was found to be at a high level. In terms of variables, differences were generally observed in corporate social responsibility perception, except for institution type and marital status. While the perception of social responsibility generally remained unchanged in terms of institution type, it was observed that the perception of voluntary responsibility was higher for employees in the private sector. Regarding marital status, it was determined that the perception of economic responsibility and voluntary responsibility significantly differed, and the responsibility perception of singles was higher than that of married individuals.
