Teeth, which could not erupt and did not take place in occlusion, partially or totally submerged in bone or soft tissue, are called as impacted teeth. Permanent lower third molars, upper canines, upper third molars, lower canines and premolars are the teeth which most frequently seen as impacted due to different factors. Impaction of a deciduous tooth can be rarely seen. In this article, the treatment method of bilaterally impacted deciduous second molar and permanent second premolar teeth were revealed.
