The aim of this research is to examine the relationship between teacher motivation and organizational factors by using meta-analysis method. In the study, 25 studies conducted in Turkey between the years 2007-2020 were analyzed using the meta-analysis method. When the related studies were examined, 6 organizational factors related to teacher motivation (school principal's leadership, school principal's communication skills, organizational culture, organizational climate, organizational justice and mobbing) were determined. While the average effect size values in the study were at a strong level (.543) for all the variables with positive relationships, there was a strong relationship between the leadership of the school principal (.599), the communication skills of the school principal (.590) and organizational culture (.586) and teacher motivation. appears to exist. In addition, it was concluded that there is a negative and very strong relationship between mobbing behaviors (.-1.454) and teacher motivation. In the study, it was seen that the leadership and communication skills of the school principal, who is primarily responsible for the management of schools, are important determinants of teacher motivation. In addition, the negative effect of mobbing, which teachers are exposed to, on teacher motivation has once again emerged. As a result of the research, it was determined that the most important factor on teacher motivation is mobbing.
