Özet:

This study aims to clarify the concept of intentionally earlying and delaying menstruation, the ruling on using medicines to affect the time of purity and menstruation, and it also aims to clarify the effects of using these medicines in matters of marriage, divorce, and to indicate the aspects of harm to the husband and wife as a result of the use of these medicines. In this study, the researchers used the inductive, deductive method, and the comparative method through studying the problems (interpretation, criticism and deduction), and highlighting the areas of agreement and disagreement between the schools of Islamic Jurisprudence in the same issue. This study contains an introduction and two chapters, in the first chapter, the concept of intentionally earlying and delaying menstruation and its ruling was discussed, while in the second chapter the effects of drugs for earlying and delaying menstruation on marriage and divorce were explained. We have concluded that these medicines have several effects on marriage in terms of the time for intercourse and alimony and the time for marriage to a fourth woman, and they also have effects on divorce in terms of its legal description and in terms of its comment on a condition, and it also has effects on the provisions of the wife’s return.
