İslam inancında faiz haramdır; dolayısıyla, Müslümanlar geleneksel bankacılık sistemine mesafeli dururlar. Bu duruş; İslami bankacılık, faizsiz bankacılık, katılım bankacılığı vb. isimler altında faaliyet gös-teren, Müslümanların dini hassasiyetlerini dikkate alan ve atıl halde bulunan İslami fonları bünyelerine çekebilen alternatif finans kurum-larının doğuşuna zemin hazırlamıştır. İslami bankacılık, geleneksel bankacılığın yapmış olduğu faaliyetlerin çoğunu icra etmesinin yanı sıra, farklı fon kullandırma yöntemleri ile dikkatleri üzerine çeken bir finans sistemi olmaya devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de henüz yeterli uygulama alanı bulamamış ve yeteri kadar kurumsallaşamamış bir İslami bankacılık enstrümanı olan karz-ı hasenin nasıl kullanılabileceğini tartışmak; böylece, İslam dininin peygamberi olan Hz. Muhammed Mustafa’nın sav sünnetlerinden birini yaygınlaştırmaktır. Ayrıca, Müslümanların tok gözlülüğünü ve yardımseverliğini ve iktisat literatüründe Robertson Gecikmesi ola-rak bilinen süreyi İslami bankacılık için uygun bir finansman kayna-ğına çevirmek hedeflenmiştir
In Islam, the interest is prohibited; therefore, Muslims stand away from the traditional banking system. This position; Islamic banking, interest-free banking, participating banking, etc. The activity under the names has prepared the ground for the birth of alternative financial institutions that take into account the religious sensitivities of Muslims and are able to attract Islamic funds to their bodies. Islamic banking continues to be a financial system that draws attention to the majority of the activities that the traditional banking has done, as well as the different methods of funding. The purpose of this study is to discuss how a Islamic banking instrument, which has not yet found sufficient area of application in Turkey and has not yet organized enough, can be used; thus, the Prophet of the Islamic Religion, Hz. It is to spread one of the Sunnahs of Muhammad Mustafa (sav). Furthermore, the aim of the Muslims is to turn the observation and utility of the Muslims and the period known as the retardation of Robertson in economic literature into a suitable funding source for Islamic banking.
Usury is forbidden by religion in the Islamic faith; thus, Muslims are standoffish with the traditional banking system. It has led up to the emergence of alternative financial institutions, namely Islamic bank-ing, interest-free banking or participation banking, etc. that take the religious sensitivities of Muslims into account and that can attract idle Islamic funds. Islamic banking catches attention with particular funding methods specific to it while conducting almost all financial instruments that the traditional banking system uses. The purpose of this study is to popularize the practice of qardhul hasan which is a sunnah of Holy Prophet Muhammed Mustafa s.a.w. which is un-common or has not institutionalized in Turkey yet and to discuss how to use this practice as an appropriate financial instrument for Islamic banking. Moreover, it is aimed to transform the contented-ness and charitableness of Muslims and the period, which is known as the Robertson Lag in economics literature into a source of finance suitable for Islamic banking.
