The research was carried out in the province of Edirne with the aim of determining the effect of the different nitrogen doses applied to the varieties of water x grain grain grain in the early period of the form and some quality characteristics. The work conducted in 2014 in the hydratable farmer land of the Edirne or Havsa district of the Mosulca village has been carried out 4 repeatedly according to the random block factory test design. Different nitrogen doses (0, 4, 8, 12, 16 kg/day) and question x water grape grape varieties (Greengo and Sugar Graze II) have been found to have a significant impact on the number of leaves, the leaves/sugar ratio, the sap diameter, the total green and dry herbs, the raw protein ratio, the total protein ratio, the raw cellulose, the ADF and the NDF ratio. With the increase in the amount of nitrogen applied, the number of leaves in the plant, the diameters, the total green and dry herbs, the raw protein ratio and the total protein ratio increased; the raw cellulose, the acid detergent unsoluble fiber and the neutral detergent unsoluble fiber ratio fell. Without nitrogen fertilization, the total green (1585.60 kg/day) and dry herbs (528.70 kg/day) productions of the Greengo species were found to be the lowest in total raw protein productions (58.16 kg/day). The levels of raw cellulose, unsolved fiber in acid detergent and unsolved fiber in neutral detergent have decreased with the increase in the amount of pure nitrogen applied to the surface. When the results from the study are collected, it is concluded that longer-term studies are needed in different locations of the Trakya region and that the Sugar Graze II variety can be cultivated in the form of the main product by applying 16 kg of nitrogen.
