So many results that aren't mine?

Marjolin ülserleri Yassı Hücreli Kanser için premalin lezyonlardır. Eksizyonları ve patolojik incelenmeleri önerilir. Bu tip lezyonların yerlerine gore de rekonstrüksiyon seçenekleri çeşitlidir. Biz bu vaka sunumunda popliteal yerleşimli bir marjolin ülserinin eksizyonu sonrası lareal sural arter bazlı perforator ada flebiyle onarım yaptığımız bir vakayı sunmaktayız. Bu vakadan elde ettiğimiz deneyime gore popliteal defektlerin onarımında pediküllü lateral sural arter perforator flebi kullanımını mikrocerrahi anastomoz gerektirmemesi, kolay cerrahi disseksiyonu ve düşük donor saha morbiditesi sebebiyle öneririz
