Spinal swannomas are developing from the neoplastic swann cells, and the intradural extramodules are located along with the stand, according to their relationship; intradural, combined intradural and pure extradural settlement can be shown. Our literary information about the course of swannomas during pregnancy is mostly a presentation of facts and/or facts. In this presentation, a patient who was known to have been pregnant for 4 weeks at the age of 19 presented a phenomenon of pure extradural swannoma at the left L1 level. The relationship between pregnancy and spinal swannomas is not clear. In spinal swannomas detected during pregnancy, we cannot answer questions such as whether after childbirth surgery should be expected or whether an emergency operation should be planned. We believe that more work should be done on this subject to answer such questions. Our knowledge about the progression of swannomas during pregnancy mainly consists of case/s presentation. Herein, we present a case of pure extradural swannoma at the left L1 level in a patient known to be 4 weeks pregnant at 19 years of age. The relationship between pregnancy and spinal swannomas is unclear. Our case cannot respond to questions about swannomas detected during pregnancy such as whether the surgeon should wait until delivery or to plan emergency surgery.
