Abstract:

5-(4-Dimetilaminobenzyliden)-rodanin (D-Rh) molekülünün, yumuşak çeliğin korozyonuna inhibisyon etkisi 0,5 M H2SO4 çözeltisinde, elektrokimyasal impedans spektroskopisi, lineer polarizasyon direnci, kronoamperimetri ve potansiyodinamik polarizasyon eğrilerinden yararlanılarak araştırılmıştır. Deneysel sonuçlar inhbisyon etkinliğinin D-Rh’ın derişimi ile artığını göstermiştir. Adsorpsiyon izotermi Langmuir adsorpsiyon izotermine uymaktadır.  D-Rh molekülü için aktivasyon enerjisi hesaplanmıştır.

The inhibition effect of the 5-(4-Dimetylaminobenzyliden)-rodanin (D-Rh) molecule on the corrosion of soft steel was studied in the 0.5 M H2SO4 solution, using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, linear polarization resistance, chronopherimetry and potentiodynamic polarization curves. Experimental findings have shown that the inhibition effectiveness increases with D-Rh's skin. Adsorption isothermia is in accordance with Langmuir adsorption isothermia.  The activation energy for the D-Rh molecule is calculated.

The inhibition effect of 5-(4-Dimethylaminobenzyliden)-rhodanin (D-Rh) molecule on mild steel corrosion has been investigated in 0.5 M H2SO4 solution using help with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, linear polarization resistance, chronoamperometry and potentiodynamic polarization techniques. The experimental result show that the inhibitor efficiency increases with increasing inhibitor concentration. The adsorption isotherm is suitable with Langmuir. The Ea are calculated.
