DÜZCE İLİNDEKİ ODUNLARDA TESPİT EDİLEN MANTAR TÜRLERİ

Yapılan bu çalışmamızın amacı Düzce ilimizdeki tomruk depolarında odunlara zarar yapan mantar türlerinin belirlenmesidir. Amacımız doğrultusunda Düzce yöremize ait 3 farklı tomruk deposu seçilmiştir. Seçilen tomruk depolarımız ortalama bağıl nemin ve ortalama sıcaklık değerinin en yüksek olduğu Şubat-Eylül ayları arasında düzenli olarak ziyaret edilerek mantar örnekleri toplanmıştır. Çalışmamız neticesinde 16 familya ve 27 farklı mantar türü tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, yaygın olarak bulunan Trametes hirsuta, Trametes versicolor ve Stereum hirsutum mantar türleri olmaktadır. Ağaç türleri dikkate alındığında en fazla mantar tür çeşitliliği kayın ağaç türünde tespit edilmiştir.
