Abstract:

In recent years, many countries have been given great powers to local governments in the field of environment. This situation can be considered as a result of a multi-level management understanding. With the multi-level understanding of governance adopted in particular by the European Union and agreed to spread in the Member States, local governments can be effective in environmental issues. Because they are successful in both the organization and the efficient use of resources. A solid and effective approach to the conservation of the environment and the restoration of natural resources and the policy must contain the fundamental characteristics that reflect the consistency of the national and global strategies expected for a sustainable society.
