Abstract:

In many developed and developing countries, including our country, family are in dominant position. Initially, family managed entirely by family members began to be managed by professional managers over time. Family members who leave the top management to professional managers prefer to attend the board of directors. The influence of the heterogeneous teams on performance in the senior management teams that the presence of family members constitutes is a topic discussed. Our research was carried out at the top management teams of the IMKB county 44. Although only 12 of the 371 senior managers are family members, their assets have a positive impact on the rate of capital conversion. Moreover, the turnover rate of the assets of young is higher than the old.
