Bu çalışmanın amacı, okul öncesi dönemde değerler eğitimine ilişkin yapılan çalışmaları incelemek ve bu çalışmalardan elde edilen sonuçlardan hareketle okul öncesi eğitimde değerler eğitimi ile ilgili çeşitli öneriler geliştirmektir. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman analizi tekniği ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda 2013 ile 2020 yılları arasında “Okul Öncesi Döneme Yönelik Değerler Eğitimi” ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalar temel alınarak taranan Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında yer alan 9 lisansüstü tez ile ULAKBİM ve Google Akademik veri tabanlarında yayınlanmış 20 makale ve 3 yayımlanmış tam metin bildiri araştırmanın veri kaynağını oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre; okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin değerler eğitimine yönelik olumlu tutum sergiledikleri ve bu dönemde değerler eğitiminin verilmesinin gerekli olduğunu belirttikleri, sınıf içi etkinliklerinde en fazla sorumluluk, yardımlaşma, saygı, hoşgörü ve sevgi değerlerini kullandıkları, çocuklara en kolay sevgi, saygı, yardımlaşma ve sorumluluk değerlerini kazandırabildiklerini, en zor ise empati, sabır, vefa ve adalet değerlerini kazandırabildiklerini düşündükleri saptanmıştır. Bir başka sonuca göre okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin 2013 yılında hazırlanan okul öncesi eğitim programında yer alan değerler eğitimini yetersiz buldukları ve bu eğitimi kendi tercih ettikleri etkinliklerle verdikleri saptanmıştır.
The objective of this study is to study the work done on the education of values in the pre-school period and develop various recommendations on the education of values in the pre-school education, based on the results obtained from these studies. The research was carried out with the technical analysis of documents from the quality research methods. In this context, the study based on "Pre-School Oriented Values Education" between 2013 and 2020 is scaned by the Higher Education Council with 9 postgraduate theses included in the database of the National Thesis Center with 20 articles published in the ULAKBIM and Google Academic databases and 3 published full text statement is the data source of the research. According to the results obtained, pre-school teachers show a positive attitude towards the education of values and point out that it is necessary to provide values education during this period, use the most values of responsibility, assistance, respect, tolerance and love in class activities, think they can gain the most easy values of love, respect, assistance and responsibility for children, and the hardest, they think they can gain the values of empathy, patience, devotion and justice. Another conclusion was that pre-school teachers found that the values included in the pre-school education program prepared in 2013 were insufficient and that they gave this education with their preferred activities.
