Abstract:

Since its independence, Kyrgyzstan has experienced a different political and social transformation process than other Central Asian republics. This process is also seen in the religious field. The religious field in Kyrgyzstan is changing and diversifying and reflects a dynamic process. Thus, the diversified and diversified dynamic process reflects the religious-government relations in Kyrgyzstan. Unlike other Central Asian republics, the state in Kyrgyzstan tends rather to maintain the concept of "passive secularity". This study will first analyze the discussions on the concepts of "secularity" and "secularity" and then evaluate the religious-government relations of today's states, and discuss the concepts of secularity applied by the secular states. Then the political regimes of the post-Soviet Central Asian Republics will be examined in the secular context and the differences in the religious field of Kyrgyzstan will be emphasized. Finally, the religious-government relations in Kyrgyzstan will be analyzed and in this context the secular debates in Kyrgyzstan will be evaluated.
