Abstract:

This study was carried out in a total of 4389 ha area in order to determine the cultural and technical effects of the land assembly project implemented in nine settlement units located in the Aydin Yenipazar oval. The study examined the shapes and numbers of parcels before and after aggregation, the average parcel size, the road lengths that provide transport to parcels, the canal lengths, the irrigation rate and the aggregation rate values. With land aggregation, the number of parcels dropped from 8465 to 4731. The average parcel size increased from 5.18 deck to 9.28 deck. All the parcels have reached the way and have become waterproof. The length of the road system, which was 87377 m before the collectivization, was 231917 m after the collectivization. The number of square-shaped parcels is 19.83 percent to 73. He rose to 21. The total length of the channel on the ground is 83371 m before the project is carried out. After the accumulation, the hydration system increased and this value reached 194363 m. In the project field, there are 82055 m surface drainage channels in the pre-summing current state; the total 87453 m surface drainage channels have been opened after the project.
