Abstract:

İş Hukuku konuları içerisinde uygulama açısından en çok karşılaşılan konulardan birisi de fazla çalışmadır. Bu nedenle çalışmamızda fazla çalışma konusu değerlendirmeye alınmış olup gerek bilimsel gerekse de uygulamada ortaya çıkan sorunlar açısından konu incelenmiş ve gerekli yerlere yönelik eleş- tirilere yer verilmiştir. Öte yandan fazla çalışma ve fazla sürelerle çalışma kav- ramları uygulamada oldukça fazla karıştırıldığından çalışma içerisinde fazla çalışma ile fazla sürelerle çalışma kavramlarına yer verilerek aralarındaki fark- lılığa dikkat çekilmiştir.
