This research has been conducted on the sample of consisting families of children with autism disorder and families of normal status children. The results have revealed that there are positive and moderate significant relationships between organizational injustice, aggressive behavior and counterproductive work behaviors. Moreover, it was seen that psychological empowerment and self- esteem had significant moderating roles and social integration didn’t have significant moderating role on the relationship between aggressive behavior perception and counterproductive work behavior. Finally, it was found that the re were significant differences between the sample groups in terms of the perceptions of organizational injustice, aggressive behavior, and counterproductive work behavior
