Çekme sistemleri için karşılaştırmalı bir analiz ve bir karar destek sistemi önerisi

Çekme sistemi, malzeme hareketinin bir sinyal aracılığı ile tetiklendiği üretim yaklaşımıdır. Çekme sistemi genelde kanban sistemi ile aynı anlamda kullanılmasına rağmen bazı üretim ortamlarında kanban sisteminin iyi çalışmadığı görülmüş ve kanbana alternatif olan CONWIP ve POLCA gibi çekme sistemleri geliştirilmiştir. Literatürdeki farklı çekme sistemlerinden dolayı üretim ortamına ve pazar şartlarına uygun çekme sisteminin seçilmesi etkili üretim sistemleri geliştirilmesinde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada kanbana alternatif olarak önerilen CONWIP ve POLCA çekme sistemleri incelenmiş ve karşılaştırılmalı bir değerlendirme sunulmuştur. Bu değerlendirmenin sonucu olarak ta uygun çekme sisteminin seçilmesinde yardımcı olabilecek bir karar destek sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Bu karar destek sistemi bulanık mantık teorisine dayalı olarak çalışmaktadır. Deneysel sonuçlar karar destek sisteminin farklı girdiler için iyi sonuçlar üretebildiğini göstermiştir.

A comparative analysis and a decision support system recommendation for drawing systems

Abstract:

The drawing system is the production approach in which the material movement is driven through a signal. Although the drawing system is usually used in the same sense as the cannabis system, it has been seen that the cannabis system does not work well in some production environments and drawing systems such as CONWIP and POLCA have been developed, which are alternative to the cannabis. Due to its different drawing systems in literature, the choice of a drawing system that fits the production environment and the market conditions plays an important role in developing effective production systems. This study examined and presented a comparative assessment of the CONWIP and POLCA drawing systems recommended as an alternative to cannabis. As a result of this assessment, a decision support system has been developed that can help in the selection of the appropriate drawing system. This decision support system works on the basis of a foolish logic theory. Experimental results have shown that the decision support system can produce good results for different entries.
