Abstract:

Nowadays, the negative effects of scratch practices made to the benefit of the individual based on the relativity of individuals and scratched are more than their positive effects. It is believed that the negative effects of the disruption have been significantly affected by the organization’s employees. The efficiency of employees who know that there is fraud in the organization, their loyalty in the organization, and their abilities can be negatively affected. This situation eradicates the dreams of creative people and leads to the work of the untalent and unexperienced people (Coban, 1999:181). If a organizational environment has dominated, it means that individual and organizational success has disappeared (Oren, 2007: 86; Büte, 2011: 384). In this study, the viewpoint of the faculties working at the University of Amasian was studied on the fact of scratch. In the study, the data obtained by the survey form from 205 employees were used. In the study, the "School Management Scale" developed by Erdem and Meriç (2012) was used. But the scale is adapted to the higher education institution from my side. Varian analysis has shown that employees’ views of scratch varies depending on their division, gender, title, seniority and whether they are a member of any professional organization.
