There are different treatment options for the elimination of missing teeth such as resin-bonded appliance with a metal substructure (Maryland bridge), conventional fixed partial denture or implant restorations. Fiber reinforced composite bridges appear as a good alternative to conventional prosthetic techniques. Indications for this type of restorations include; tooth loss from trauma or periodontitis and fixed provisional during the post-implant healing phase before loading. The fiber reinforced resin-bonded bridge offers a conservative and esthetic application. Other advantages include low cost compared to conventional bridges, saving of time, ease of application and hygiene, and natural sense. In this clinical study, there are two case reports expressing the restoration of missing anterior single tooth between two intact teeth with direct technique using reinforced composite bridges
