Hukukumuzda Bilgisayar programları 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri kapsamında korunurlar. Eser olma şartlarından birisi olan hususiyet taşıma şartı bilgisayar programları için de gerekli bir şarttır. AB uyum süreci doğrultusunda bilgisayar programlarına ilişkin haklar 1995 yılında ilim ve edebiyat eseri olarak kanuna girebilmiştir. Teknolojik gelişmeler sonucunda bilgisayar programları her geçen gün yaşantımızda büyük bir yer almakta ve bunun sonucu olarak hak ihlallerine ilişkin davalar da buna orantılı olarak artmaktadır.
In our law, computer programs are protected within the framework of the Idea and Art Works No. 5846. One of the conditions to be a work is the speciality requirement for computer programs as well. In accordance with the EU compliance process, the rights relating to computer programs could enter into law in 1995 as a work of science and literature. As a result of technological developments, computer programs are taking a major role in our daily lives, and as a result, cases of rights violations are also increasing proportionally.
