The Constitutional Court decides that legal arrangements which put administrative disputes into the duty fi eld of civil and criminal jurisdiction are not contrary to constitution, in case of righteous cause and public interest. Supreme Court abrogating article 3 of Civil Procedure Code (No: 6100) emphasizes that legislator hasn’t absolute judicial discretion on the subject of putting administrative disputes to the duty fi eld of civil and criminal jurisdiction. In this context this kind of legal arrangements will be reviewed in the light of verdicts of constitutional court in this article
