The obtained data were analyzed using the SPSS Version 11.5 (SPSS Inc. Chicago USA) computer program and calculated by addressing all values of the arithmetic average and standard deviation (X ± SD). The importance of the difference between the average groups was compared with One-Way ANOVA. Results and Results: In the study, the nurses’ quality of life underfunctions were studied and the output points were taken from vitality (54,2±17,0 points) and general health (59,7±18,0 points). Nurses have received more than 80 points on physical and emotional roles. The study also studied the impact of some measuring factors on the quality of life underfunctions. When questioned the factors affecting their life quality subfunctions, the work of the nurses in emergency or intensive care, the educational conditions and the conditions of being responsible nurses did not affect the quality of life. The time of work in the profession and the age of the nurses and the overall health scores have a negative correlation in the middle level; the age and the year of work in the correlation have increased and the overall health has deteriorated. In addition, in terms of age and social function, there was a negative correlation in the middle level (r= -0,194, p= 0,022) in the study, the time of work in Emergency Service and Intensive Care increased, the general health status was deteriorated and the quality of life was decreased.
