Hercai menekşenin gelişim ve kalite parametreleri üzerine fındık zurufunun olgunlaşma zamanı ile besin çözeltisinin etkileri

Bu çalışmanın amacı, hercai menekşenin (Viola tricolor L.) gelişim ve kalite parametreleri ile besin maddesi içerikleri üzerine fındık zurufunun olgunlaşma zamanı ile besin çözeltisinin etkilerini belirlemektir. Serada yürütülen çalışma, 56 bitki ile tesadüf parselleri deneme desenine göre dört tekerrürlü gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışmada, besin çözeltisi uygulanmış (7) ve uygulanmamış (7) kontrol (%100 torf) ve farklı oranlarda fındık zurufu içeren toplam 14 uygulama denenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, fındık zurufu olgunlaşma zamanı ile besin çözeltisi uygulamaları hercai menekşenin estetik görünümü, çiçek ağırlığı, bitki yaş ve kuru ağırlıkları üzerine etkili bulunurken (p<0,05), taç genişliği, çiçek sayısı, tomurcuk sayısı ve bitki boyu üzerine etkili bulunmamıştır. Ayrıca hercai menekşenin azot, fosfor, potasyum, kalsiyum, magnezyum, demir, bakır, çinko ve mangan içeriği bakımından uygulamalar arasında farklılıklar bulunmuştur (p>0,001). Bütün sonuçlar birlikte düşünüldüğünde, en etkili ortamın “%80 Torf/Perlit+%20 Bir Yıllık Fındık Zurufu+Hoagland Bitki Besin Çözeltisi” olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, hercai menekşe için yetiştirme ortamı olarak fındık zurufu kullanılabilir.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the effects of maturity time of hazelnut husk and nutrient solution on the growth and quality parameters and nutrient content of wild pancy. The study, with 56 plants in a greenhouse, was carried out according to a randomized plot design with four replications. In the study, a total of 14 treatments including control (100% peat) and different proportions of hazelnut husk with nutrient solution-treated (7) and -untreated (7) was tested. According to the results of the study, maturity time of hazelnut husk and nutrient solution treatments were found to be effective on the aesthetic appearance, flower weight, plant fresh and dry weights of wild pancy (p<0.05), but they were not effective on the crown width, number of flowers, number of buds and plant height. In addition, the averages of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc and manganese contents of wild pancy were found to be different between treatments (p<0.001). As considered the results as a whole, it was found that the most effective growing media was “80% Peat/Perlite+20% One Year Hazelnut Crust+Hoagland Nutrient Solution”. As a result, hazelnut husk can be used as a growing media for wild pancy.
