So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Abstract The aim of this research is to examine the effect of leisure time management on the success orientations of sports manager candidates. A total of 206 participants studying in the Department of Sports Management from two public universities in the 2021-2022 academic year were included in the study conducted for this purpose. In the study, which was prepared with the relational scanning model, three separate forms were directed to the participants for data collection. These are; Personal Information Form, Leisure Management Scale, and Success Orientation Scale. The data obtained from the scales were tested with T-test, One Way ANOVA, Pearson Product Moments Correlation Coefficient (r), and multiple linear regression tests in the SPSS package program. As a result; While the data obtained from the Leisure Orientation Scale differed depending on the gender, effective use of leisure time, grade point average, and class variables, there was no significant difference between any group from the data obtained from the Achievement Orientation Scale. As a result of the data related to the correlation and regression analysis, it was determined that there was a low and positive relationship between leisure time management and achievement orientation, and 3% of the achievement orientation was explained by leisure management.
