Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye’de 2000-2023 yılları arasında eğitim bilimleri alanında yayımlanan psikolojik sermaye çalışmalarını, belirlenen ölçütlere göre inceleyerek ne tür bir eğilim gösterdiğini belirlemektir. Araştırma nitel bir çalışma olup betimsel içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında belirlenen ölçütlere göre 24 doktora düzeyi tez çalışması incelenmiştir. Her bir çalışma için araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen kodlama formu oluşturulmuş ve bu forma göre veriler yüzde ve frekans gibi betimsel istatistik teknikleri kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre yapılan çalışmaların 2019-2023 yılları arasında yoğunlaştığı (n=15), araştırma yöntemi olarak nicel yöntem tercih edildiği (n=16), araştırma sonucu olarak psikolojik sermayenin aracılık etkisinin çoğunlukla incelendiği (n=13) bulgularına ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre psikolojik sermaye doktora tez çalışmalarının daha çok nicel yöntem ile ilişkisel tarama modeline göre hazırlandığı, veri toplama yöntemine ilişkin olarak büyük çoğunlukla anket kullanıldığı, demografik değişkenler olarak cinsiyet değişkenin en çok kullanıldığı sonucu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın psikolojik sermaye konusunda alanda mevcut eğilimin nasıl olduğunu göstermesi açısından gelecek araştırmalara rehberlik edileceği düşünülmektedir.
The aim of this research is to examine the psychological capital studies published in the field of educational sciences in Turkey between 2000 and 2023 according to the determined criteria and to determine what kind of trend they show. The research is a qualitative study and descriptive content analysis was conducted. 24 doctoral level thesis studies were examined according to the criteria determined within the scope of the research. A coding form developed by the researcher was created for each study, and the data were analyzed according to this form using descriptive statistical techniques such as percentage and frequency. According to the findings of the research, It was found that the studies were concentrated between 2019-2023 (n=15) and the quantitative method was preferred as the research method (n=16). According to the results obtained from the research, it is revealed that psychological capital doctoral thesis studies are mostly prepared according to the quantitative method and the relational screening model, and surveys are mostly used as the data collection method. It is thought that this research will guide future research in terms of showing the current trend in the field regarding psychological capital.
