Muğla İlinde Örtüaltı Domates Üretiminin Ekonomik Analizi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract:

Amaç: Bu araştırmada Muğla’da örtüaltı domates yetiştiriciliğinin ekonomik analizi hedeflenmiştir. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmanın verileri oransal örnekleme ile 93 üreticiden yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle derlenmiştir. Verilerin analizinde öncelikle işletmelerin sosyo-ekonomik özellikleri incelenmiş, daha sonra 2015-2016 dönemi domates üretiminin ekonomik analizi yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Ekonomik analiz sonuçlarına göre, tek ürün yetiştiriciliğinde net kâr plastik ve cam seralarda sırasıyla 4442.58 TL/da, 3924.45 TL/da, güz döneminde net kâr plastik ve cam seralarda sırasıyla 3303.90 TL/da, 9152.14 TL/da, bahar döneminde net kâr plastik ve cam seralarda sırasıyla -422.56 TL/da, 1610.82 TL/da olarak hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç: Üreticilerin gerektiği kadar girdi kullanılması yönünde bilinçlendirilmesi, sağlıklı ve çevreye zarar vermeyen ürünlerin aynı zamanda kârlı bir şekilde üretilmesini de sağlayacaktır.

Abstract:

Purpose: This study is aimed at the economic analysis of the undercovered tomato cultivation in Muğla. Materials and Methods: The data of the study was collected by the face-to-face survey method of 93 manufacturers with proportional sampling. The analysis of the data first studied the socio-economic characteristics of, then the economic analysis of tomato production in the period 2015-2016. Results: According to the results of economic analysis, net profits in single product cultivation in plastic and glass greenhouses respectively 4442.58 TL/da, 3924.45 TL/da, net profits in plastic and glass greenhouses respectively 3303.90 TL/da, 9152.14 TL/da, net profits in spring period in plastic and glass greenhouses respectively -422.56 TL/da, 1610.82 TL/da. Result: The awareness of the manufacturers about the use of the input as needed will also ensure that products that are healthy and not harmful to the environment are produced in a profitable manner.

Abstract:

Material and Methods: Data of this research were collected from 93 farmers with face to face survey method by using proportional sampling method. Firstly socio-economic characteristics of the farms were examined. After that, economic analysis of greenhouse tomato production were performed. Results: According to the results of economic analysis, average net profit for single crop tomato production in plastic and glass greenhouse were calculated as 4442.58 TL/da, 3924.45 TL/da respectively. Average net profit in plastic and glass greenhouse were calculated as 3303.90 TL/da, 9152.14 TL/da respectively for fall tomato production, were calculated as -422.56 TL/da, 1610.82 TL/da respectively for spring tomato production. Conclusion: The awareness of the farmers to use as much inputs as needed, will provide that healthy and eco-friendly foods will be produced in a profitable manner at the same time.
