Abstract:

Purpose: Primary cell culture is an important research platform used to study biochemistry and molecular biology related to individual cancers and to understand cancer cell physiology. Therefore, in this study, the most fatal type of cancer is the most common subtype of lung cancer in the small-cellular non-pulmon cancer (KHDAK) to keep the light of the future studies on tumor biology and pathogenesis from the tissues of the KHDAK patients that show different clinical pathways to make the primary cell culture in our own laboratory conditions. Tools and Methods: Respiratory function tests and computational tomography of the thorax that are diagnosed with ADHD are included in the study of patients who are suitable for surgery and who give written approval. The pathologically certified tumor tissue is removed with surgical resection and the cells obtained by mechanical and enzymatic breakdown with collagenase/hyaluronidase in sterile conditions are cultivated within Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM). Results: In this study, cancer cells were successfully isolated and cultivated from the tumor tissues of 3 patients with tumor diameter 2*1.5*1.2, 8*7*6, 4*3.7*3, non-metastasis and age 43–70 diagnosed with ADHD. Result: This study provides a successful primary cell culture protocol based on literature information and personal experience on the subject, which includes important steps for the achievement of tumor cells caused by patients in lung cancer. Primary cell culture is an in vitro model that is believed to contribute to the development of personalized treatments with future studies to effectively treat lung cancer by creating a bridge between the laboratory and the doctor’s clinical decision-making process.
